Job Summary:
The candidate will be required to manage action-driven performance marketing campaigns for the company. The candidate must have prior experience in business-to-business marketing and with business-to-business platforms such as LinkedIn.
Job Description:
- Designing & marketing campaigns on LinkedIn and other social media platforms
- Drafting written content for landing pages and digital advertisements
- Prepare online newsletters and promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channels
- Creating and drafting new engagement sequences to develop, nurture and move the deals along the sales funnel
- Coordinating and advising on best action-driven marketing strategies with the C-level
- Manage and improve online content.
- Build an inbound & outbound marketing plan
- Forecast sales performance trends
- Be actively involved in SEO efforts (keyword, image optimization etc.)
- Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update the website
- Measure the performance of employees by using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends etc.)
- Acquire insight into online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date
- Maintain partnerships with media agencies and vendors
- Design a wide range of materials that may include web pages, presentations, collaterals, brochures, POVs, signs/ banners, ads, newsletters, and other marketing materials
What you’ll need:
- 2 years of experience working in marketing
- Working experience with data management tools will be a plus
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational, project management, and time management skills
- Ability to analyze reports and communicate findings in simplistic ways to cross-functional teams
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Rs55,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
