Accounts Payables
Location : near to KFC Port Klang
Working Days :5 days
Nature of Business : Established logistic & shipping company
-Perform day to day accounts payable functions, including reviewing, verifying and accurately inputting vendor invoices and credit notes into the system. ensure prompt processing of invoices requiring urgent payment
-Classify expenses into appropriate General ledger codes and cost categories to ensure accurate financial reporting
-Communicate and collaborate with suppliers to address and resolve accounts payable issues, discrepancies and inquiries
-Prepare reconciliations of vendor statement and proactively address long overdue invoices that remain unpaid or unprocessed
-Ensure proper filing and organization of accounts payable documents and records
-Undertake additional duties and responsibilities as assigned to support the overall financial operations of the organization
Requirements
- Min 1 year working experience
-Fresh grads are encouraged to apply

Salary: RM2,200.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
