Who are we and what are we looking for?
We are looking for a Senior Market Business Technologist in Digital Marketing (Senior Consultant) to be a part of the Digital Marketing Realization – Market Squad team within Human Health IT whose aim in a nutshell is to closely partner with our IT colleagues in the markets and improve business satisfaction with IT services. We are looking for a quick learner who is passionate about technology and flexible to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Human Health IT is on a journey to transform our technology, ecosystem and culture. We need to maximize the flow of value through the organization by managing the throughput and value density and ensuring a focus on the achievement of business outcomes.
The Market Squad embedded within the Digital Marketing & Channels team play an important role in ensuring that newly developed product capabilities are successfully adopted, effectively utilized and realized from a technical perspective.
As a Senior Market Business Technologist (Senior Consultant), you will:
- Communicate with global product teams & in-market Business and IT stakeholders to understand their requirements.
- Lead work stream and analysis and take responsibility for small deliveries when required.
- Help clients define their needs and support delivery of digital marketing assets.
- Lead conversations with various stakeholders to gather business requirements and shape solutions accordingly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions and meet delivery goals.
- Facilitate and participate in the client workshops using collaborative methods such as design thinking and agile methodology.
- Monitor product adoption and utilization and together with the cross functional team align on the strategies to foster value realization of the digital marketing product portfolio
- Present insights and recommendations enabled by technical knowledge, and strong communication skills.
- Facilitate trainings and workshops to educate others on digital marketing best practices.
- Mentor junior colleagues and provide guidance and support as needed.
- Ensure that digital campaigns are executed in accordance with best practices and meet the client's expectations.
- Utilize marketing automation tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Google Analytics, web portals (WordpPress VIP) and others.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for digital marketing initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies, and continuously develop your skills and knowledge.
What we need:
- A university degree in technology, business, economics or a related field.
- Good command of English (written as well as spoken).
- A minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience in one or more of the following areas: IT advisory, project and/or product management, management consulting, marketing agency, campaign management or related fields.
- Experience from global programs and projects delivering IT solutions, digital marketing technologies and customer engagement ecosystems.
- Proven experience with business analyst role and/or delivery lead role and/or consulting role and/or marketing agency role and/or product owner or related role.
- Demonstrated ability to apply structured thinking and analysis techniques to complex and ambiguous problems.
- Expereince with key digital capabilities such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Google Analytics, WordPress VIP or relevant equivalents.
- Understanding of agile methodology and product delivery lifecycle.
- Ability to prioritize and manage workload effectively.
- Proven experience with creation of training materials, user guidance and technical documentation.
- Strong attention to detail, and presentation skills, with the ability to facilitate meetings, trainings and workshops.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to collaborate with various teams.
- Consultant mindset, proactivity and can-do attitude.
Furthermore, we will be happy if you have or have heard of one of these:
- Good understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies, ideally experience working with and setting up JIRA and Confluence.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics or other web tracking technologies.
- Familarity with tagging best practices of various assets (web, content, camapaigns, etc.)
