Deutsche Bank is looking for bright and opened minded individuals to support the creation and maintenance of best practice Identity and Access Concepts for the majority of the 2.500 plus applications of the bank. A key success factor of the Identity & Access Concept team is the quick understanding of complex application set ups and bringing them into a structured form to support business in adhering to internal and regulatory requirements. You will gain insights into the complete Identity & Access Management lifecycle as you will learn about and roles and entitlements and their set up, segregation of duties, application authentication and authorization process.
What exactly will you do / learn?
- Empower, support and coach the different business stakeholders regarding:
- documentation and review of Identity & Access Concepts by examining different sources of information, prefilling answers or identifying changes
- quality of the documentation provided by performing completeness and accuracy checks on the information provided
- regular status reporting and monitoring of overdue Identity & Access Concepts
- policy changes and non-compliances that affect the completion of Identity & Access Concepts
- Review new roles and provisioning summary reports and update the access concepts together with application owners regarding the new roles
- Train and support stakeholders around the world and answer their daily queries
- Support and drive the internal development of a tool by participating in business requirement collection, new feature documentation for developers and performing User Acceptance Testing
- Support the creation of Management reports and presentation for Identity & Access Concepts and Client 2-Factor Authentication
Your expertise / skills in the following areas will make us happy:
- Academic degree or comparable qualification, preferable in Information Technology / Information Security or another technical related area
- First experience in the field of Identity & Access Management or IT Audit is considered a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills when it comes to communicating with and positively influencing diverse stakeholders and team members
- Excellent communication skills and you are fluent in English (written/verbal)
- MS Office (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Being flexible, open minded, able to share information, transfer knowledge and expertise to stakeholders and other team members Your commitment
