Customer Support Agent – iGaming
Experience:
2+ years Customer Service Industry Experience or Call-Center Experience
Hiring Location: Coimbatore, India
Overview:
We are hiring several full-time and part-time positions for all shifts. The positions will be in iPro Games India office.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answer calls, emails, and chat to assist our customers with the best service possible while adhering to jurisdictional requirements
- Have empathy and excellent communication skills to quickly resolve customer issues
- Utilize training to ensure customer satisfaction
- Ensures appropriate actions are taken to resolve customers’ issues or concerns.
- Adhering to all jurisdictional requirements and policies
- Assisting customers with known, or potential, gambling problems
- Assisting AML (Anti Money Laundering) and Fraud departments as necessary
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- 2+ years Customer Service Industry Experience or Call-Center Experience
- College Graduate or above
- Ability to work from home (remote) and office
- Detail oriented, organized, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of MS Office products
- Knowledge of Zendesk and Mac is a plus
- Casino or iGaming experience a huge plus
- Must receive training and certification of AML (Anti-Money Laundering) and Responsible Gaming Certification during onboarding
- Flexibility with schedule – some weekends and holidays may be necessary
