Our customer sells a well-known soft drink worldwide. From young to old, everyone grows up with this brand.

Which tasks do you take on?

• You answer incoming customer inquiries via telephone and e-mai
• When a question is asked about the ingredients (for example, allergy sufferers) you know the answer
• You accept praise and criticism and pass it on to the respective departments

What should you bring?

• You speak Swedish fluently and bring good English skills
