We are looking for a candidate who is client-focused, driven to excel, and has a proven track record of success. As a ThoughtLeaders Brand Relationships Manager, you will be responsible for nurturing client relationships, guiding them on how to best utilize our platform, and equipping them with the necessary tools to achieve ultimate success. You will become an expert in sponsorship strategy, providing intelligent guidance to clients in order to meet their key performance indicators (KPIs). Additionally, you will develop relationships with content creators to facilitate media purchases on behalf of clients.At ThoughtLeaders, we leverage data to help brands connect with creators and harness the power of content through sponsorships. Our platform analyzes YouTube and podcasts to uncover insights on the content consumed by billions of people worldwide. We have developed an industry-leading marketing solution that utilizes data to showcase the power and potential of digital content.

Our platform enables brands to measure their digital presence within content, target ad campaigns with precise contextual filtering, and collaborate with top creators for their campaigns. We also assist creators in monetizing their content, staying abreast of industry trends, and consistently producing high-quality content that is accessible to all.

Responsibilities:

  • Understand clients' needs and develop customized marketing solutions.
  • Demonstrate expertise in the ThoughtLeaders platform.
  • Negotiate deals with content creators.
  • Play a pivotal role in achieving and surpassing quarterly targets, contributing to the company's overall success.
  • Identify upsell opportunities and manage the renewal process.
  • Provide feedback to the product team by effectively communicating customer needs and collaborating across various teams to design ideal offerings/features.
  • Proactively update customers on product updates and the ThoughtLeaders product roadmap.

  • Previous experience working directly with clients as an account manager and customer support
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented.

Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills.

  • Outstanding customer service skills.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and manage tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong proficiency in English.
  • Strong computer skills.
