To support these changes, our ITC team (Innovation, Transformation and Coaching) operates around 4 axes : organisational development, training, individual coaching, and team coaching.
We are currently looking for an enthusiastic Organizational Coach to join our team and focus on our coaching streams.
The Organizational Coach adopts a holistic systemic approach and helps team members, people managers, directors and teams unlock their potential, achieve their goals, and thrive within the organizational context.

Then, this is exactly the position for you!
As an Organizational Coach , you will:
- Support Innovative and Participative Management in a 650+ people division
- Help deliver and build coaching practices through the division
- Daily, interact with management, teams, and other stakeholders , with and outside the division
- Support ongoing and future initiatives by providing guidance and advice on how to manage offsites, workshops, meetings, challenges, ...
- Support a mindset and posture change towards a more collaborative way of working, leveraging the collective intelligence of people managers and team members
- Create alignment and motivation towards the changes within the division
- Keep track of and be able to report on multiple simultaneous projects , organize the information and feedback in a clear and intelligible way

Your profile:
- 10 years of working experience in transformation or change management programs
- 5 years working as an individual and team coach
- Coaching Certification ( ICF/PCC, EMCC/senior practitioner, Coaching team by Vincent Lenhardt, Shiftmaker by Butterfly & CO, ...)
- Other tools or certification (MBTI, Enneagram, CT, PNL, CNV, …)
- Practical experience with Innovative and Participative Management (progressive management, Teal, Holacracy ...),
- Ability to help groups engage in cooperation, co-creation, authentic conversations
- Ability to provide constructive feedback and practice actively the meta communication
- Ability to coordinate multiple initiatives at the same time
- Strong supervision skills
- Outstanding English communication and presentation skills
- Open to occasionally travel to our group locations when need be (Belgium, Poland)
