- To support Engineering operation in all phase of engineering works
- To attend all complaints
- Make sure all jobs are done according to the standard
Customer relations
- Is service minded
- Actively contributes to guests' comfort
Professional techniques / Production
- Carry out Laundry and Kitchen equipment repair and servicing
- Set up and clear PA system according to functions requirement
- Set up, control lighting & air conditioning for every functions
- Standby functions
- Check hot water system, roof top water tank level and plumbing system
- Make sure walkie talkie in use battery is fully charged and well taken care off
- Carry out room preventive maintenance
- Carry out painting work when necessary
- Service, repair air conditioning & ventilation system
- Carry out monthly equipment servicing
- Replace wall, floor tiles and masonry work
- Carry out carpentry work on repair
Team management and cross-departmental responsibilities
- Attend Engineering briefing and meeting as required
- Carry out any work assigned by superior
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
