What is your mission?
You will help us deliver excellent service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:
- Form and build relationships with key customers as part of the concierge team
- Receive, manage, and execute customer purchase orders in the ERP system and monitor the fulfillment cycle.
- Bridge communication between the customer, sales team, and Ops to ensure constant customer care
- Work closely with finance to set up a procedure to record all disputes and monitor the progress of charges backs, and the end goal is to minimize all the additional fees and penalties occurred in Supply Chain.
- Maintain order data flows from retailer to ERP to 3PL systems.
- Creatively identify opportunities for technology to enable increased service levels and automation.
- Manage the daily order fulfillment flow to resolve daily execution issues.
- Ability to understand and troubleshoot order life cycle issues
- Other duties as assigned by the supervisor
Who are we looking for?
- Minimum Education: Associates Degree (A.A./A.S.) in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Accounting, or a similar field of study
- Minimum Experience: One or more (1+) years’ experience in Order Management, Transportation, Warehouse, Supply Chain, or Customer Service.
- Order entry experience preferred
- Problem-Solving
- Analytical Thinking
- Advanced skills in Excel
- Able to multitask and time management, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- EDI, ERP, TMS, WMS
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work independently on assigned tasks as well as to accept direction on given assignments

Salary: Php35,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
