ABOUT LOGISTICS
The Logistics team operates across the entire Coty business and provides exceptional service to our customer through our logistics network. The team operates on daily bases to deliver a competitive advantage to our partners by setting the strategy and frameworks, as well continues improvement of our operations.

THE ROLE

Manage the operation for multi-EC DCs located in Shanghai , Suzhou, Wuxi, build collaborative and integrated relationships within supply chain and with cross functions - be a key business partner.

Support the core objective of accelerating profitable growth with the following priority to deliver:

1. DTC DC operation excellence & compliance
2. Cost efficiency
3. Project management

Operation Excellence & Compliance:
  • China B2C network optimize . B2C warehouse consolidation and B2C center set up
  • B2C new capability set up for new brand and new platform: Lancaster Doyin, Orveda MP, New launch in JD platform.
  • OMS and WMS optimization with IT teams for B2C system architecture.
  • 618,Doubel 11 and other big event resources planning and operation execution to make sure logistic KPI achieve platform target and business target.
  • Set up, document and continuously improve DC SOP and KPIs.
  • Manage EC TPs’ daily operation, IB,OB and inventory management. lead regular performance review with TPs, identify improvement opportunities and organize the resource to ensure smooth daily operation and peak season/big events(6/18;11/11…) operation.
  • Closely work with planning, sales, marketing & finance team to understand the business needs and organize DC resource to support the deliverable of business result.
  • Monthly DC performance review and reporting.
  • Ensure DC operations are fully complying with SOP, Company’s logistics standard and local government’s rules & regulations.
Cost Efficiency:
  • Monthly billing collection/verification, spending accrual, cost summary and analysis.
  • Lead the annual plan for warehouse and transportation spending, monitor and ensure the spending is within budget.
  • Closely work with TPs to deliver productivity improvement goals.
Project Management:
  • China DTC consolidation
  • Lancaster DP project
  • Orveda MP project
  • JD new store project: Gucci &BBR
  • Projects from business needs(new brands EC go live/new service level enhancement/VAS..), or from region/global( sustainability…)
  • Develop the project plan, manage the timeline, report the progress, identify the risks and opportunities, establish the improvement and enforce the execution to ensure project target achieved.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
Essential requirements: At least Bachelor degree. Minimum of 8 years working experience in B2B/B2C logistics management(B2C is a must), cosmetics industry is preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills, c onvince and influence effectively, overcoming barriers Solid logistics operation experience, willing to travel to different EC DC sites System and interface knowledge, WMS, OMS and SAP experience is a plus English read & write is a must, speaking is a plus Self-motivated leader and team player Sincere, quick learner, willing to grow and win
