Key Qualifications:
· Food & Beverage experience would be considered an asset
· Strong customer service skills
· Enjoys working independently and in a team setting
· Excellent communication skills
· Self-motivated, organized and excels under pressure in a fast-paced environment
· Ability to learn quickly
· Must be able to work flexible hours including morning, late nights, weekends and holidays
Responsibilities:
· Provides quality beverages consistently to customers in accordance with Macao Imperial Tea’s drinks formula and preparation techniques.
· Provide exceptional customer service; identify customer issues and/or complaints and handle them in a professional manner.
· Be able to memorize all the recipe provided to create the drinks
· Operate POS register to complete customer transactions safely
· Follow the health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products.
· Maintain the cleanliness of the store
· Demonstrate professionalism at all times
Part-time hours: 10-15 hours per week
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Salary: $15.50 per hour

- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- On call
- Weekends as needed
