Job Role
As a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant, a desired candidate requires to work on a wide variety of Microsoft Dynamics 365 projects with the client, document the future business processes, align these to D365, and guide them through their digital transformation.
Assist the company in the deployment of the D365 Finance and Operation setup and configurations. As such
Lead Dynamics 365 components and third-party integrations.
Lead technical solution design sessions.
Document working solutions, integrations, and data migration elements of a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Online platform.
Evaluate and design the required report for all departments.
Test scenarios and developed scripts and test execution ensuring the application meets agreed quality standards.
Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Online platform.
Work with the team to develop and implement and advise how to use D365 Finance and Operations to meet their business requirements.
Reviewing business processes, business requirements and system design.
Work to streamline existing processes with D365 Finance and Operations Best practices.
Performing many of the functional tasks required for a successful D365 FandO implementation.
Deep functional knowledge in D365 Finance (General ledger, Accounts payable, Accounts receivable, Fixed assets, Cash and Banks, Consolidation, Multiple company management, Multiple currency management, HR Management and Payroll, Project Management and Project Accounting, Supply Chain Management, etc.).
Management Reporter configurations.
Knowledge of Trade Allowance Management.
Knowledge of Credit and Collection Management.
Knowledge of Budgeting and Project Budgeting.
Knowledge of Project Management, Project Accounting.
Knowledge of Expense Management.
Knowledge of Finance Reporting Tools (Financial Reporting).
Knowledge of Inventory Costing and Accounting.
Knowledge of Manufacturing costing and accounting/BOM.
Ad-hoc tasks as and when required by your team lead.
Design, delivery and Training engagements at locations.
Support and mentor IT department team members.
Go-Live and Post-Live support.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate must
Hold an undergraduate education in IT/Computer Science or equivalent.
Possess at least (5) years of implementing D365 Finance and Operations.
D365 Finance and Operations certified.
Microsoft Certified
Have a working knowledge of ERP setups and configurations.
Translate business requirements into solution design/blueprint.
Conduct and provide User training to internal staff.
Have a good command of MS Office tools.
Excellent knowledge of the business process.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent documentation skills.
Possess good oral and written communication skills, in English.
Be willing to travel outside of the residence to carry out projects.
Desirable skills/abilities
Be experienced in business process reengineering, preferably in D365 ERP projects.
Experience with other Dynamics solutions (SL, NAV, CRM) is a plus.
Must be familiar with multiple modules (SCM, HR and Finance).
Strong process knowledge covering all modules of Dynamics 365 FandO in implementing and customizing process industries such as Manpower, Real Estate, Fleet, and sourcing services.
Knowledge of FandO key processes such as finance, management reporter, inventory management, and supply chain management.
Knowledge of programming languages such as ASP .Net 6.0, jQuery, JavaScript etc.
Solves complex problems with creative solutions.
Be able to adapt and summarize.
Be customer service oriented.
Have team spirit.
Salary Range 600 to 750 KWD.
Working hours 08 am to 05 pm (Sunday thru Thursday), 08 am to 02 pm (Saturday).
