Job Description

Accounts receivables related duties

• Being capable of working on internal systems and delivering usage reports with reconciliation of

invoice details

• Closely work with Accounts Receivable Accountant and solve any queries raised from usage

reports and relevant invoices

• Perform day to day support to China Accounts Management team, and work proactively with AMs

and their clients on confirming the usage details for cash collection purposes

• Being very familiar with the key clients’ internal payment procedures, and proactively send out

the usage reports on time to reduce the numbers of late payments

• Timely update feedbacks or confirmation status received from clients into a well-organized sheet,

and maintain the updates on a daily basis

• Assist AR accountant and manager to reduce the Asia aging debtor by regular communicating with

clients to obtain the final confirmations on the usage
General Duties

• Communicate professionally, efficiently and effectively with China commercial team and local

clients

• Document the general process for obtaining the usage confirmation from key clients with a close

supervision from manager

• Spot irregular transactions and appropriately flag them to manager
• Assist manager with ad hoc projects specifically related to process improvements
• Ad hoc supporting work on Accounts Receivable as assigned by manager

Preferred Skills and Requirements

• Systems oriented and being comfortable in picking up a variety of systems quite quickly, able to

handle multi-tasks

• Excellent Excel competence is required
• Excellent verbal communication skills are required
• Be a very good communicator in Mandarin; good command in written English is preferred
• Bachelor and above, Finance or accounting major is preferred
• Be target driven and can-do attitude
• A hard worker who is motivated to take ownership of a role, work independently
• Attentive to details and professional behavior
• Proactive team player, fit into team well, demonstrates strong governance understanding
