As a User Adoption Specialist you will drive the successful adoption of business process change and utilization of HR systems platforms within the organization (i.e. Workday and others) through training, communication and change management.

Responsibilities:
Strategy and Planning

Prepare a long-term plan for user adoption of business process change and Workday utilization, including education, communication and change management based on business goals and input from stakeholders
Training and Education

Develop and deliver training programs to educate users on business process change and Workday functionality. This includes designing training materials, conducting training sessions, workshops, and webinars
Documentation and Communication

Create and maintain user documentation, including user guides, FAQs, and knowledge base articles, to facilitate self-service support. Develop and implement communication plans to inform users about business process and system updates, new features, and enhancements
User Adoption and Change Management

Develop comprehensive user adoption plans, including communication strategies, training programs, and change management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions to business process changes and/or Workday modules and updates. Work closely with stakeholders to identify user needs, requirements, and pain points related to adoption
Requirements:
Knowledge and Experience
-
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field

Experience in driving user adoption and implementing change management initiatives, preferably with Workday or similar HRIS/ERP systems

Strong knowledge of Workday modules, functionality, and best practices

Experience with adult learning principles, methodologies, and course design techniques

Experience in developing training materials, documentation, and resources

Experience in gathering, analyzing, and meeting business requirements

Understanding of basic project management principles

Certifications in Workday HCM and/or Change Management (e.g., Prosci) are a plus

Flexibility to travel globally as part of the role
