We are transforming our HR function at Convatec and now we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our HR Service Delivery Team and assist in the creation of knowledge articles and work instructions. This internship opportunity you will play a crucial part in ensuring our HR processes and procedures are well-documented, aligned and easily accessible to employees.

You will collaborate with various HR team members to gather information and translate it into clear and concise documentation that will contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our HR operations and enable direct access for our Employees, People managers and our HR community.

As part of your role, key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborate with HR team members to gather and classify information about HR processes, policies, and procedures and develop FAQs.
  • Collaborate with HR teams to research, classify, validate, draft, edit and publish knowledge articles and work instructions related to various HR activities, such as employee onboarding, personal data administration, benefits, time management, payroll and more.
  • Ensure documentation is accurate, consistent, and follows established formatting and style guidelines.
  • Organize, categorize, and publish knowledge articles for easy retrieval by employees.
  • Help testing the Knowledge base tools and propose improvements when applicable.
  • Participate in meetings and discussions to understand evolving HR processes and contribute ideas for improving documentation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between knowledge articles and related processes.
  • Help reviewing and updating existing documentation to reflect changes in HR policies and procedures.
  • Contribute to the development of training materials for HR processes and tools.
  • Review and retire existing obsolete Knowledge depositories (Sharepoint sites etc.)
  • Help with reviewing translations and/or translate information where applicable.

What we are looking for in our successful candidates:

  • Good written and spoken English is essential.
  • If you know other languages including Spanish, French, Italian, German, Danish or Portuguese, this will be an advantage.
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent proofreading and editing skills.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment in international setting.
  • Basic understanding of HR processes and terminology will be an advantage.

This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR documentation and knowledge management that touches different HR processes across multiple countries and regions.

Working conditions

  • We support a hybrid working approach and you will be working 1 day/week in our office.
  • As you will be supporting markets in multiple time zones, some flexibility around working hours will be needed.
