We are currently looking for additional: Customer Service Officer

Work Status: Full-time (RM 2500-3500/month) and Part Time (RM 12-16/hr)
Work Locations: Kuala Lumpur

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Provide professional customer support.
  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Attending and communicating promptly to customer’s needs and queries.
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer feedback and concerns.
  • Knowing products inside and out to answer product queries.
  • Communicating and coordinating with team and management.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and increase customer retention.
  • Gather customer satisfaction levels and feedback on customer services for continuous improvement.
  • Provide feedback on the efficiency of the operations and customer service process.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

  • Must have proven working experience to customer service.
  • Professional looking and well-groomed that best fits our salon image.
  • Good and precise communication skills.
  • Customer Service oriented and passionate about serving customers.
  • Prior experience in the beauty line would be advantageous.
  • Ability to stay calm and excellent in handling difficult customers.
  • Comfortable using computers.
