Position Summary:
As a Recruitment Consultant for SCT Management Consultants, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and securing top-level executive talent for our clients. You will work closely with both clients and candidates, leveraging your expertise in executive search to match highly skilled professionals with executive-level positions. Your goal will be to build strong relationships with both clients and candidates, ensuring successful placements and contributing to the growth and success of our firm.

Responsibilities: 1. Client Engagement:
Collaborate with clients to understand their executive talent needs, organizational goals, and culture.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner.
Identify and research potential client organizations to expand the client base.
Create and present compelling proposals to clients, showcasing our services and value proposition.

2. Candidate Sourcing and Assessment:
Utilize various channels (such as professional networks, job boards, and referrals) to identify potential executive candidates.
Conduct thorough research and market mapping to identify top-level executives.
Proactively approach and engage candidates, assessing their suitability for specific executive roles.
Conduct comprehensive interviews, evaluate qualifications, and assess cultural fit for executive positions.
Provide candidates with valuable insights, career guidance, and feedback throughout the recruitment process.

3. Relationship Management:
Develop and maintain a strong network of executive-level professionals and industry contacts.
Nurture and strengthen relationships with both active and passive candidates.
Act as a trusted advisor to candidates, providing guidance on career opportunities and market trends.
Stay updated on industry trends and market developments related to executive recruitment.

4. Placement and Follow-up:
Present shortlisted candidates to clients and facilitate interviews and assessments.
Manage the entire recruitment process, including interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
Provide ongoing support to both clients and candidates during the hiring process and beyond.
Ensure a smooth transition for candidates into their new executive roles.

5. Business Development:
Identify new business opportunities and actively contribute to business development efforts.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective strategies for client acquisition and retention.
Attend industry events and conferences to expand professional networks and promote the company's services.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (such as Business Administration, Human Resources, or Psychology).
Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, preferably specializing in executive-level positions.
In-depth knowledge of executive search methodologies, candidate sourcing strategies, and assessment techniques.
Strong understanding of business dynamics, industry trends, and market challenges related to executive recruitment.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with clients and candidates.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex information effectively.
Results-driven mindset with a track record of achieving recruitment targets and delivering high-quality results.
