Are You a Hexagon in Waiting?
We’re currently seeking a highly motivated, self-starter BDR with a passion for technology and a proven track record of performing against goals, to join our team and help us achieve our growth KPIs.
As a BDR, you will be in charge of a crucial part of our sales process, from lead generation to approaching, qualifying, and creating new opportunities for Hexa. As a part of your role, you will constantly execute new strategies to reach the biggest global eCommerce players while performing in a fast-paced agile environment. In addition, you’ll:
- Conduct research to identify potential customers within the target market.
- Use various channels, including personalized emails, phone calls, Linkedin and social media messaging, to reach prospects and introduce our products/services.
- Engage with prospects, understand their needs/pains, and evaluate their potential to become a new opportunity for Hexa.
- Nurture and maintain relationships with leads through effective communication.
- Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team with qualified prospects.
Become a Hexagon:
So if you think you are already a Hexagon - Here is what we are looking for:
- 1-2 years of experience as a BDR/SDR (preferably from a SaaS company)
- Good analytical & research skills
- Ability to effectively communicate our value proposition to prospects
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Full professional fluency in Hebrew and English - both written and spoken
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment which requires quick adapting to changes and context switching
- Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Background of the eCommerce field - an advantage
- Fluency in an additional language - an advantage
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) - an advantage
