- Female, at least 2 yrs. experience in the trading industry.
- Functioned as a receptionist wherein initial front office operations with clients are done.
- Coordinated and updated various department details regarding inquiries and records.
- Responded and attended to different complaints, service issues, and other general questions or concerns.
- Responsible for managing guests, clients, and other visitors.
- Managed multi-line phone system such as responsible for answering and attending to incoming and outgoing calls and transferring calls to the concerned departments.
- Keep the front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary materials (pens, forms, paper, etc.).
- Receive letters, packages, etc., and distribute them.
- Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, securing parcels, etc.
- Check, sort, and forward emails.
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary.
- Keep updated records and files.
- Monitor office expenses and costs.
- Take up other duties as assigned.
- Can join immediately (Canceled Visa & Visit Visa preferred)
