Front Office Executive [United Arab Emirates]


 
  • Female, at least 2 yrs. experience in the trading industry.
  • Functioned as a receptionist wherein initial front office operations with clients are done.
  • Coordinated and updated various department details regarding inquiries and records.
  • Responded and attended to different complaints, service issues, and other general questions or concerns.
  • Responsible for managing guests, clients, and other visitors.
  • Managed multi-line phone system such as responsible for answering and attending to incoming and outgoing calls and transferring calls to the concerned departments.
  • Keep the front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary materials (pens, forms, paper, etc.).
  • Receive letters, packages, etc., and distribute them.
  • Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, securing parcels, etc.
  • Check, sort, and forward emails.
  • Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary.
  • Keep updated records and files.
  • Monitor office expenses and costs.
  • Take up other duties as assigned.
  • Can join immediately (Canceled Visa & Visit Visa preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From AED3,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Jumeirah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
