Position Summary
Purpose of job: Key account Management of channel partners (Mobile Experience Team)Key objectives:
- Key account management
- Increase sales, increase or sustain market share in strategic markets, operate under a sustainable profit maximizing business scheme and optimize partners WOS
- Grow channel partners’ ecosystem
- Ensure achievement of weekly, monthly and quarterly sales targets
Role and Responsibilities
Main responsibilities:
- Develop trust relationships with a certain number of Major IM partners (Operators, Retailers) and acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
- Expand the relationships with existing customers by finding solutions that meet SEGR and partners’ objectives
- Ensure the correct products (in terms of our Operation KPIs metrics) are delivered to customers in a timely manner
- Serve as the link of communication between partners and internal teams
- Prepare regular reports of progress and being owner of the system forecast
Skills and Qualifications
- Develops professional expertise by complying with company policies and procedures
- Works on problems of moderate scope where analyzing situations or data requires a review on various factors
- Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action
- Normally receives general instructions on routine work with detailed instructions on new projects or assignments
- Generally requires a bachelor's degree with a minimum 2 years related experience, or advanced degree without experience
